Product Templates let you quickly add product options to products. The purpose of product templates is so consigners are able to choose which set of options they can pick from when adding a product for sale. Every product & product template can have up to three options.

Product options are comprised of 3 things: 1) option name 2) fixed value 3) fixed value options.

Option Name are what attributes a product can have, for example a sneaker will have a Size, Condition, and Color.

Fixed Value? means whether the option is fixed as in a set of options or not. For example, Size would be a fixed value since consigner can only choose from a set of Sizes 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5 .... 14

Fixed Values determines if a consigner will choose the product options from a drop down or a input. For the Size option since it is fixed, the consigner will choose from a dropdown.

Fixed Value Options are the options for the fixed value, such as the set of Sizes

Product Templates are attached to products. This is done when you are creating a product.

You can get as specific as you'd like with templates, for example create a template just for Nike Sneakers. Other uses are for setting Sizes based on country.
