frontflip has TWO types of locations:

Locations:

Locations in frontflip & Shopify refer to physical address: this can be a Retail Store, Warehouse, Storage Facility, etc. In frontflip, we support Shopify locations to help you keep track of inventory across different channels/stores. Your locations in Frontflip should automatically be the same as your Shopify locations.

You can read up more on Shopify locations here: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/locations

Sublocations:

Available only in frontflip, we offer you sublocations to keep track of inventory within each physical Shopify location. You can use sublocations to track Shelf/Aisle/Bin numbers to locate the exact item in your store quickly.

Understanding Shopify & frontflip Locations

In frontflip you are able to attach your Shopify locations to inventory items. When inventory is set to active and published to Shopify, the inventory location is set in Shopify. Locations determine item availability in your Shopify Online store and Shopify Point of Sale (POS).
